Back in the day, the early pantomimes consisted mainly of adults, with juniors participating as dancers or chorus. Nowadays the cast is nearly entirely made up of teenagers and young people, with the odd adult thrown in for good measure (and yes, they definitely are ‘odd’!). However, one element that has carried on throughout the years is the commitment from the cast and crew. We hold auditions in June/July, with rehearsals beginning in September and reaching a crescendo of explosive madness during January.
